what kind of tank would go here?

im wanting to redo this bike for my grandmother as it was hers when she was younger, i noticed it has tabs on the back of the headtube like there should be a tank attached to it. can anyone tell me what kind of tank should be there? better yet a picture of one, and if anybody has one for sale, please let me know!!! thanks. sorry for lack of better pictures, i just dug this bike outta the pile tonight and these pictures are when i first got it.

really? i thought this bike might have been a higgins but it does have murray style rear dropouts. hmmm..... got a pic of the tank? and a price maybe?

I looked at a Western Flyer at a shop with these same tabs. At the time I wondered if they were for a front rack or something.
