~ Whats up with Paypal ?~

Dose anyone know if paypal raised ther rates ?, is it the same 3% rate ?
i've had a few transactions lately and they have all came up 30 cents short
not a big deal but that can add up after a while ...

i checked my paypal account didnt see any where that pertains to this
also checked with customers , they carefuly added the percentage .

It's always been 3% plus 30 cents

I think they do that so that they always get at least 30 cents even if it's for a $1 transaction/

Actually, it's 2.9% plus 30 cents. That's why most round it up to 3%, to make it easy.
