Selling a 1940's Hawthorne single speed cruiser with 26 inch wheels. Not the original front wheel and is missing the correct head badge. Has a New Departure model D rear hub and a skip tooth front sprocket. Very cool old bike with extra wide sprockets and chain! $95.00!

I would have to say no. The chain's the most valuable part of the bike, the hub and fork might be useful to someone, but not particularlly valuable.

I sold a lot nicer one for 20 bucks,,couldnt even get a phone call on it,,then a freind wanted it
mine was painted over but had all the parts fenders and all,,though I did steal the seat off it

I found it in someones garbage

I concur, I'd offer like $40 max. That's only if the rear wheel and chain look decent. Also has a kinda cool seat.

Not worth the dough. Its always nice to have another drivetrain around but not for that amount. Also looks like there is at least one broken spoke in the rear wheel.
