Year of Montgomery Hawthorne

I am about to pick up a ladies Montgomery Hawthorne from my moms friend. Would anyone be able to help me identify the year of the bike. I haven't seen it in person yet, but I have been told the serial number is J02909.

It's made by Cleveland Welding Company in the 50's most probably. Check the serial number to see if there's a small C with a w in it after the number, there may be a 2 digit number next to it, or another letter. Here's what a 53 CWC made bike's serial number looks like.

Thanks for the input. When I pick it up this week I will have to take a closer look. The lady who is getting rid of it sent a super blurry close up of the serial number of which I can't see much.
