    Here is my friends bike that he painted and got riding recently. We would like to know what kind bike it is. I'm guessing it's from the late 40's, idk?? Any help ID-ing the bike would be great!

    Sweet! Is that just metallic blue, or does it look a bit greenish? Maybe it's just the pic (or my computer). I used to have a 69 5-speed krate, wish i had kept it.

    Well, to answer Hopheads question, i had to shell out $300 for the bike. It is more than i would have liked to pay, but i've wanted one of these for a long time, and don't have the opportunity to buy one every day. First thing i did was tear it apart to get everything serviceable on the bike...
