Vintage 3 speed modified with drop bars.

It is called a Sprinter and it says it was made in Western Germany. It has a Torpedo 3 speed hub. I doubt those drop bars canw on the bike from factory.

It looks like a nice little bike for toodling around on, may be with a change of bars and rims.

I could do with one of those gear levers myself, as I have one of those hubs on my city shopping cruiser, because the SRAM twist grip I use instead wants the cable to pass through the front basket... But it is a lovely hub, and ticks slowly but gently while coasting.

That's right, it should have uprights, the brake levers are made for them.
But it's all there, handle grips and shifter and all.
