This was a clothes rack from a local retail store that went belly up like 3 years ago.
They were selling fixtures and this was $5.
It was too low as-is so I cut the center pillar out and cut it into 2 equal chunks and made the rack 20" taller.

I have been using a concrete block that has a hole in the top into which I jammed a stick. It seems there is room for improvement...
I use my IPSC target bases because I already have a half dozen of them built

Somebody when the new place gets built I plan to put a booth in the shop

 
I use a piece of string I hook between two wall rings at the entrance to one of my barns.
 
28 quick slots cut in the edge of my cardboard using a hacksaw (because I don't think I have a knife here). When they dry, all I need to do is turn the cardboard over, push the spokes through the cardboard a bit, and then finish spraying them
