Hard to tell dates on those I think some have a year stamp but I do not think all. I can't tell if either have a black plastic rim on backside of the face. Those are newer. The believe the higher MPH would be for larger road bikes or road bikes in general. Both have a some miles but if the turn they should work. The key is if the driver and cable are in good shape. The drivers are sized for different wheels sizes and marked on the driver itself. A 26 inch driver will be too long for a Stingray or small bike and vice versa.
