    After many hours on Google, I managed to locate a set of repop decals available from the UK. After a journey across the globe to Australia, they arrived safe and sound in the mail box today.

    No major progress yet. I have dropped the frame, fork, fenders etc off to be sand blasted. Now Impatiently waiting a phone call to say they are ready🤣

    Fender clearance was too tight, mud and rocks getting jamed up in there, making all sorts of horrible noises. So go rid off the rear, and moved the front, back to the rear, plus giving it some extra clearance at the same time. Just something to keep the crud from the underside of the Brooks.

    I'm all for the request for more mock ups. So here it is I picked her up a really nice used b67s Brooks. Will suit this British beauty perfectly Cool lug details Colours mixed up for when we get to the paint stage How Cool are these Norman pedals. One of my favourite details on this build

    Callipers are to short the smaller rim diameter, changing to a longer reach alloy caliper

    Also added an 8mm-5/16" axle to the front hub with slim lock nuts. This gets it closer to the stock 90mm width, from the normal 100mm-4"size, and saves us doing any mods to the fork for the 26er swap

    Here is the Norman as it arrived to us last year. Still on the original Dunlop tyres, they disintegrated a soon as we tried to remove them from the rims. Will be upgrading to a 26"wheel set for this one. I laced an alloy rim to a SA AW 3 speed hub for the rear. Forgot to grab a pic, but the...

    First time playing with cottered cranks, and they came off easy as butter. Don't know what all the fuss is about🤣 (I know I got lucky on this one😁)

    English. By Norman of England, which was purchased by and absorbed into Raleigh. Originally had a 40 spoke Sturmey archer SW (Sometimes works? 🤣) Replacing with a SA 36 spoke AW (always works👌)
