    Broken Chain Club

Well, I was out on a nice ride through the 'hood, pedaling up a somewhat steep hill when my chain decided to misbehave on me. Slipped off first, got it back on and tried to limp home, less than 50 feet later I'm taking the walk of shame and had to leave the remains of a Chinese chain behind. Who...

The terrible creations that we call "hills"

I have a question regarding these abominations known as hills. Should I use a smaller chainwheel up front to fight the steep hills of the neighborhood? I currently run a 46 tooth up front and it's great for casual riding, but really not that great when fighting a literally uphill battle. I have...

    Wild Child ('68 Murray)

I've had this old Murray sittin around, just now got it up and rideable. No fenders, ages-old el cheapo paint job, some old bars were my motivation to get her up and built. I have a different stem and bars on it now, and the original nasty chainguard has been mounted (sort of!)

    1968 Murray

Ok folks, I need a little assistance on the value of a 1968 Murray cruiser. I don't have pictures, but I can tell you the shape it's in. It has no wheels, no chain, bearings are still good and usable, but the top of the bolt that is used to put the stem in is snapped off and the screws that hold...

    Hello, from Texas

Was reading around the interwebs, thought I would say hello to you all. I love old rusty bikes, the older the better.
