Rare TOC ladies Bellis frame, fork, seat post, crank. Note that bottom of fork has some damage (or think of it as a custom dropout). The Wheelmen's list shows Bellis made in Indianapolis 1895-1898, listed as a manufacturer. $125 shipped, US 48 only.

I'm pretty sure that's a faded red one. I have seen several that spent a lot of time in the sun and the red faded in places to a more coppery color. Your fork still looks red.
