fenders mounted with triple tree forks. Does anyone have any ideas? There is no place to connect the fender to the fork near the steerer tube.

So here it is...I was thinking of using supercapacitors as a way to fast charge my ebike on the go. When using the regen, I send that into the supercaps and when they build up enough charge, then it will be sent into my battery. Hoping to prolong trips and distance. Any ideas?
