So I picked these three bikes up from the same guy. A school teacher in Fort Collins CỔ. I had no intention of purchasing all three when I got there, but you k ow the drill. All pre war and worthy of my time. Eventually..y, some would get the full treatment, others just a re assembly with attention to components. Got to try my hand out on some fauxtina. I do it on guitars all the time, time for something different. The 22 is an early Hawthorne. some have suggested a 1919.regardless. I replaced the wheels with a 700c set. Good decision. Double wall and tight, they ride like a dream. The paint had like 4 rounds of ......... The original paint sanded back to frame in most places. I blasted it and gave it a fauxtina paint. happy With results. Waiting on correct badge .

Awesome cool real old timer. It looks like it had a one piece crank originally. Its amazing that bottom bracket standard has been used so long. Nowaday's bottom brackets keep getting bigger and bigger. One day they might discover the old Fauber one piece crank bottom bracket size again.
