80s Hiawatha?

My buddy shared with me this picture and was wondering the age of this grip twist 3 speed Hiawatha. Serial number: 3485454

That's one of the English made imported bikes from the 60's probably. Made by Raleigh, same as the Hercules, BSA, Phillips, Hawthorne, etc. branded bikes from back then. Pretty good quality, better than the American made lightweight 3 speeds back then. The Sturmey Archer rear hub will have a 2 digit date on the hub shell. 64 would be 1964.
