I'm not home to look at any bikes, do you need cable stops on the frame to ad a rear derailleur? Or is the adjuster all you need?
 
As HuffnPuff says, though they also sell clamp-on cable stops if you want them.
 
I've added derailleurs to two bikes, a Ross Apollo and a Schwinn Speedster. I just ran a full length cable housing as mentioned above and they both work fine.
