Hi! I’m new to the forum. I have an Electra Townie 21 that I’d like to mod into something cooler, with a new fork, front wheel/brake, fenders, seat, handlebars, etc as a fun project with my 13 year old son. I don’t want to cut the frame, and may also want to make it electric as part of this. The bike‘s been neglected for years (I have a Raleigh hybrid that I ride for exercise) but is in good shape. I just cleaned, greased and rode it. Advice on where to begin?

This is how I did my Townie 7D.
I replaced the factory handlebars with a motorcycle part and replaced the factory chain guard with a vintage JC Higgins piece. Cranks and bobber rear fender from my stash.
