There are 2 threads for Spaceliners, but none for Flightliners.

Ratted or restored, finished or not...let's see em. I need motivation.

Here's my 63 Flighliner. I bought it as shown frame, tank, and forks. Since I've found original rims, chainguard, grips, peddles fenders and rack. It has a Bendix 2sp. hub, a Hutchenson 2.35 rear tire, and a 1.5 front tire. Maybe one day it will be stock again.

I have a spaceliner & have always loved the frame style. After looking at this thread, I now think I need a flightliner also! Great bikes guys! 8)
 


Just picked this up, not cleaned up yet. Missing the light lens, and pedals are not original. The paint is not original, so I may have to shoot
some shinny red paint at it down the road. I could use some advice from you Flightliner pros on any details or missing parts.
 
These are great looking bikes, I'm slowly restoring/de-rusting a chrome one, love the springer setup on these... Anybody have a good website to find what year these are?
 
Here's mine. Went the lbs looking for new apes, they didn't have any. But the guy said I could have this for free if I could take it right them. Wow, free apes and a bike to go with them. Put some s7's with a redband 2 speed and a tank from a girls 24" murry.
