hey everyone this isnt one of my events , been trying to get a flyer for weeks but no prevail so ill just tell you the skinny , where i used to have my sunday rockabilly rides a friend is hosting a event for, Music , Lowbrow art and custom/vintage bicycles . On friday feb 11th at the third and walnut bar in lansdale pa . 21 and over event,
3 bands will be playing, the bicycles will be INSIDE on display. and lots of artwork on display for sale etc . (including some of mine :) )
for all you face book people heres a link to the event . starts at 8 pm if you want to get there early its a perfect town to ride in .. flat :)

If it were closer i'd go. Havn't rode in awhile. California is a bit of a drive away. :( Please post lots of pictures afterwards. :D

If only i had seen this post earlier today. I could of brought a couple bikes out. I've been dieing to go for a Cruz. Make sure to post pics. I wont miss the next one

wow what a great first turn out they had last night! lots of bicycles , it was fun i will post pictures later on tonight got to slave away at work first , thanks to bigcam59 on coming out and supporting my art but buying a piece think he felt bad for me after he got this crazy lady to come after me haha , and all msd members that showed up ! good times .. kinda nutty

alll righty here .. not even 4 hours of sleep did i get after driving home from this event in the icebox nova , went to work i felt like i was hungover and didnt even have a single drink (no drinkin and driving for me ) came home tried to nap and failed so here i am feeling like a zombie posting coverage from the show .

got there early put together my bicycle " the salt shaker" in 3rd and walnuts "upper level" nice size room where they wanted to just have the bicycles, then i unloaded all my artwork and was escorted to the 3rd floor of this old church that is now a bar .. the 3rd floor was amazing , i went to countless rockabilly nights at this bar and never went up to the 3rd floor great wood floors and stained glass ! , anyways set up the artwork , ping ponged upstairs and down to see what bicycles were rolling in , i was surprised at all the bikes that showed up , thought our bicycle club would have more in attendance but things happen so we had a few bicycles

i loved this bike wish i met the owner i thought it looked familar bc this forum and reading the post from "clamdigger" which i did not see before the show i take it is yours?




we got our boards made up ,, design made by a fellow rat rod bikes memeber - petrohead









didnt get to get to into taking pictures b/c i had to man my art booth , and do a little swing dancing
 
Wow, looks like a great show...wish I cuda" made it but too much work with long hours... :roll: ...but thanks for sharing the pics :D
 
Here are a few of my blurry pics from the event. I hope the powers that be decide to hold one of these in warmer weather. I also hope we can have the bikes and the band on the same floor so we can check out both at the same time! :lol:

I find myself planning a bike to build just so I can get it pinstriped by her now. Her work is awesome. 8)
