One of the neighbors saw my bikes hanging up and brought over his sons' 16" bike. The sticker said "Bike Baby". The rear tire was blown out and the two boys had ridden it daily until it blew. It was a basket case, but had big boy bike parts along with heavy gauge spokes, so I said I'd rebuild it. It was loaded with grime and everything was out of adjustment.
They wanted it like Mini Splat:
So, it's done! All it needed in parts was a set of tubes and tires and brake cables. Since it's smaller than Mini Splat, I figured it should be called Baby Splat. It might hold up for a couple months with two boys sharing it.
