Banana seat bike with drop bars?

I have been thinking about banana seat bikes with drop bars. My idea is using a ratty banana seat bike with cottered cranks. The stick shifter could shift gears on one of those corncob freewheels. A cottered crank with a single 52-53 tooth chainring would be cool. It would have to be a 5 speed with a stick shift. Major Taylor-style drops would look the best. Tour De Muscle? Maybe?

The only banana seat bikes I have ever seen are some girls singlespeed ones and a stingray frame that was spray painted white.

This is my version of a banana seat bike. It is a king size frame, and is perfect for 6'2" me

I built a "banana seat" bike bike with drop bars back when I was a kid. Only I had the bars upside down with the ends pointing toward the rider. Pretty cool ride.

Same here, did this back in the early 80s as well.
We had our BMX bikes and 10 speeds with banana seats. It was REALLY hilly where I grew up, the banana seat lets you get into a ‘tuck’ position downhill
