Ok After an injury hiatus I am considering entering the MBBO but due to time constraints I might not be able to find the needed banana seat in time so I wanted to find out before I do enter
My question is would an elongated road bike style seat attached to a sissy bar pass as a banana seat
I know it is an odd question but the design I have planned to use it would make sence

Rules state 2 of 3 . Banana seat , ape hangers , tires different sizes diameter and or width. I used a cruiser seat & sissy bar . But my tires were different widths but both 26" . So I used 2 out of 3 in the rules . Maybe this helps

We have relaxed the rules a bit lately...

Added the inclusion of polo seats and homemade skateboard style seats and the like, so if you are stretching a seat and using a sissy bar, I guess that fits...

As G-Matt said though, you only have to hit 2 of the 3 criteria...

Ok good to know
but I figured it could go either way
I have a set of ape hangers that can be used if the seat didn't work out
but I would rather use aluminum road bike bars
plus aluminum ape hangers most likely don't exist
well now that is answered I will be entering once Thanksgiving is over
