My $40 Craigslist bike..before and after..
mid 80s jamis earth cruiser.. (possibly a sand jam edition)
I love the neon green paint faded 30 plus years into this perfect minty fresh green🔥🔥🔥
i added new bars, pedals, seat, chain and tires.

it was a fun first time project, not sure what I’m going to next.

Before and after of a simple project I did this past weekend. I swapped the original wheelset for a pair of WWII era wheels (28''x1-1/2'' also marked as "F.13" for Canadian standards, though it's the same size as modern 700c) I had from another CCM. Did an overhaul on the rear hub as well. Rear axle didn't fit so I filed the dropouts a bit. rear tire had to be deflated to install as well, not much space. front tire clearance is 1.7mm give or take. Similar for the rear on each side of the chain stays. Wiped down the frame with BLO.

Rear hub also has a patent from 1937 on it. When I tore it apart to regrease, I seen that every part inside was stamped with CCM followed by a number in the 40s. I'm curious if those are part numbers or the year they were made?
