I did. Here is the link to my review. I almost returned it. Glad I didn't as they sent a replacement rack. Most, if not all reviews I read said they arrived damaged. It looks like Pacific Cycles pulled the plug on them. I think it is salvage companies selling them now, some even admitting they haven't been opened and may be damaged. I have seen them asking anywhere from $899 to $1200. I would not pay that.
