Brooks leather too far gone to restore? *yes it is!*

I got this B72 in a box full of other saddles. I’ve considered restoring it, but I don’t have the slightest of how to do it. But before I dive into the world of leather restoration, is the saddles leather too far gone? I’ll post a few more pics in a bit.
The frames in good shape, a little crust and rust never hurt any one.

I know there are people that like to buy leather seats in much worse condition and plmaje custom seats using the metal base as a starting structure.

We use this stuff on saddles and tack...

Is it ripped through at the rivets on the nose? Hard to tell from the picture put if thats torn, theres no saving it. If not, i think that'd clean up.

It’s far too gone! Just went to check on the saddle and it tore as soon as I slightly pulled it apart.

I’ll throw it up on the web as “vintage” now.
