I'm thinking chopper with wood accents and painted in wood grain - or at least brown (I'm not that good at painting...)

are electric bikes allowed into competition? I have bafang motor laying around and it would perfectly fit into this frame.

I guess there's no problem. One of the other bikes in the build off is an electric.

As long as it can still be pedal driven you can put any kind of motor/engine you want on it.

Is it the mid drive bafang?

Wheels with tires

Wheels need to be cleaned and painted yet. but I think that will look awesome.

My backup project evolve as well. as my daughter needs new bike. I'll try to make something useful from this hello kitty frame:

That red bread box waiting to be used as a luggage box one day on some another project...
