Look at me, bein’ a day early and what not!

Kind of a departure for me this year. I usually lean towards more aesthetically pleasing lines, but this one was more of a “fun” build for me. Pretty happy with the end result, but now I have to find a place to keep it.

Your descriptive phrase 'departure for me' says it all! I think it's middle name might be Departure!

And I cracked up over your line, "now I have to find a place to keep it". You mean, where you don't hurt yourself everytime you get near it. :21:

Wild and wacky build!

I had to look twice at the handlebar arrangement that is some out the gate thinking and its the first time I have seen that done, has anyone else seen this before, I want to do that and at the same time its so genius original I feel I'm not worthy like I've done some blatant chinese knockoff copy

You need a bike with a pretty long head tube to pull it off. Even a small steering neck takes up a lot of space when you try to stick it between the frame tubes. It seems to work ok just riding on a couple bushings stacked together on each side, but would probably be better with actual bearings, but that takes up even more room.

yer I was looking at it closely and saw the bushings, would be good to do proper cup and bearing on a taller headtube, definitely a first for me

So…. Definitely a unique theme!

your craftsmanship and creativeness on this thing is off the charts….. the saw blades are the kicker….

I was cracking up….. my WIFE thinks this thing is the coolest bike ever!

I’m guessing a Catholic School math teacher wasn’t your number on target demographic, but she’s (and me) are definitely impressed!!!!

At first I was thinking this buid is a train wreck, but just like a real wreck I couldn't help but look. But shortly after you really got rolling, I really dug this build. It is so wild and over the top, but you stayed on point and your execution was spot on and well done! Bravo!
CONGRATS!
