Old question, but I'll answer it anyway.

Yes, there are 2 Felt Hot Wheels.

There is the regular Hot Wheels. Not sure of the year.

and then there is the Hot Wheels Sixty 8. Much rarer. Made in 2009 and 2010.

Both are extremely rare to find for sale, with the 68 being $$$
