FIND of the Month - 1952 Schwinn Phantom

Here's my find of the month from Local CL (had to drive 55 miles but Hey!)

1952 Complete Original Green Phantom with all the bells & Whistles.

Bought it from the Original Owner. Been hanging for 45+ years.

Has some missing paint on one side of the tank and some silver paint on most of the chrome parts.
Will strip the silver paint and live with what I find.

Glad to own a bonafide original with a history...

That's a nice restoration.

I paid about a 1/4 of what he's asking and like the "aging" that a 60 year old bike should have.

Of course some old bikes can't help but get restored...or RAT RODDED.
