Goodyear Hi-Way Patrol Special info.

]I know some of these bikes were made by Columbia and doesn't it usually say so on the head badge? This beast only says Goodyear Hi-Way Patrol on the head badge, not sure of who actually made the bike or when it was made. I haven't been able to locate a serial number anywhere either. Any info on this bike would be awesome. Thanks everyone!

It sure looks like a Columbia. The sprocket and dropouts are Columbia.

Yup its a Columbia. If I remember correctly the serial number is on the left rear dropout

And the first letter is the year. This one looks like mid to later 50s. Some of the Goodyear bikes do have Columbia mentioned on them somewhere, and later ones don't. -Adam

Thanks for the info everyone, I appreciate it. I'll have to check for the serial number and see if I can figure out what year the bike was made.
