Having a little trouble figuring out these forums but hopefully this works this time.
Can anyone tell me what bike this used to be.
If I had to guess I'd say it's a Monarch. Unfortunately I no longer have pics of the original bike.

The dropouts also ID it as Monark, but the serial number plate is definitely Monark. I have researched and there are two lists out there, mine says 1953, but 1952 might be correct. I've been trying to get solid proof on their numbers, no luck. Monark made their own bikes into 1954.

Cool. If I would have known anything about Monarchs when I bought it I probably wouldn't have chopped, stretched and gender swapped it. I would have just repaired the bent frame. Too late to dwell on it now.
I agree on the head badge I'm not really sure how to mount it back onto frame I'm considering trying to find some schwinn badge screws and a tiny tap.

It's been chopped for awhile now.

So with those twist drive rivets do I just tap them in with a hammer or do they need to be twisted in some how? I have the original twist rivets that came out of it im just not sure how put them back in.

Can anyone tell me off hand what size bottom bracket and headset I need to order for this frame? Hoping to get it ordered so it can be waiting for me by the time I make it back. I know I need a 1" threaded headset but no idea on size other than that.

1" headset is right.

For the cranks, it's a one piece and probably is the standard size for bikes back then and now.

Thanks but are there not multiple sizes of 1" threaded headsets? The bearing cup size is what im most concerned with had a bad experience trying to order the right size back in the day. Couldn't find a set that fit the ID of one of my frames.

The standard set that is most common.
I have a frame that the standard cups wouldn't fit. The frame was too small. I wish I could have had the original cups that came with it. To make the cups work I used a hacksaw and made a vertical cut through the side of the cap. That allowed the millimeter or so that I needed and they tapped right in after I smoothed the edges for the bearings. The bearings and cages still fit without binding. I could have used loose bearings otherwise. That's the only time I've ever had a frame that was a hair too small for the bearing cups that come with the common standard headset. This was on my build, Mini-Splat.
