Every time one pops up, the funds are never right until this past weekend. A buddy of mine in Pueblo, had this one in his stash. We got to talking and says…. You know…. From there it is history. Not sure what’s in store for it yet. But pretty stoked.

Congrats! The F1s are a versatile bunch. Compact lightweight rigid frames. I rode a Schwinn Qualifier through a mall. Gone off road, competed with road and TTs. Invest in a suspension seat or post. You won't regret it.
I run a 54T ring with a custom Suntour 12-24 six speed freewheel on the road. They aren't very stable at high speeds. Excellent maneuverability though. Switched from friction to indexed. The Schwinn can support 20 X 1-1/8'' ISO 451 wheels sets. Converting to 7 speed wouldn't be a problem.
