There's a guy down the road selling one of those Bratz stingray bikes for $50. All of the chrome is mint, but I hear it is super cheap and rusts up very easily. I could really use the forks, crank and sprocket, and the seat pan/sissy bar for my build off bike. Would be a lot cheaper than finding parts on the web and paying for shipping. Yay or Ney?

Yeah, I think just the shipping on those items would total $50. I guess I'll just have to keep my chrome good and oiled :|

I agree, wax it or use Never Dull on it which contains a wax as well.

The bikes seem to be ok, typical Taiwan/China stuff. Frames are good,
springer fork is typical aftermarket quality.

We stretched one a few years ago, it worked fine. Yeah, the rims were rusty.
Why the Chinese can't figure out how to chrome stuff is beyond me.

I'd say it's a good price for one if the parts are needed. The frame can always
be built into a Stingray type lowrider. The stars come off and the adhesive can
be eliminated with WD40.

I got very lucky I picked up 2 at our local dump for $2 one had been run over you cant beat the price it needs a larger back sprocket as its hard to pedal with the short cranks
