This is such a cool illusion. Without any obvious scale reference, it just looks like you welded up a cool Schwinn canti. But I know how big and high that freaking trailer is!!!:crazy2:

Got started early in the shop today! First order of business was roughing out the sissybar.

Next it was time to work on the banana seat so I had to transfer the shape from the layout print to cardboard.

Templates made! Time to cut some steel.

Ok, slow progress recently so I saved up some updates.

Remember those templates for the banana seat? I cut them out and started shaping them.

Ready to start tacking them together and getting all the right curves.

I upsized the rear hub I was using to a 90mm drum so that 24 of the spokes I had would be the correct size. Only needed to wait on 12. Gotta spend money to save money!

Still some shape fine tuning to do then little stuff like mounting points and upholstery clips.

I did get my 36" rear wheel built up tonight. I love that it actually looks balanced with that massive hub in there. Still waiting on my polished velocity 27.5" rim to put the front together.

It's another 4 days of shop time with some family events scattered in there so we'll see how far I get...
