I´m about to make one and I have pretty much everything I need to do it.
Now let´s see what you have or what you have seen.

Ooh ooh. I love burritos. Not only the two wheeled ones, but the edible kind truly are the perfect sustenance conveyance system

Let's pretend we're talking to some Canadian idiot who skidded in on a mountain bike. What makes a burrito? I've seen the term applied to stretch customs, but is there something more specific, a style or something, that is the essence of burrito?

You can find the definition here in this site. What I can recall, there is a few groundrules.
1. Very, very low.
2. Seat lower than rear tyre.
3. No finishing.
4. Strange and imaginative chain routing.
5. No stand.
6. And some more that I can't remember right now.
Please correct me if and when I'm wrong.

Have you ever noticed that the workers at Chipotle that look like they blaze always roll the tightest burrito's ?
This is just a theory but how else can you explain it when some white teenager named Brad rolls tighter burritos than my Mexican grandmother ?

Very tasty looking burrito,s!
What is the wheel size, and how fast is it relatively to other bicycles?
