4" Rise, yes. They don't weigh a ton and look great. The person who had them for the past two years had left his bike outside most of the time. They handled it well.

I have a pair of those same bars I plan on using on a klunker. They are pretty good looking bars.

Ace doesn't normally keep 9mm hardware at the store here, so I had to order some black track nuts for the front hub. Dean Dean and I discussed him shaking it down at a local pump track here, so I'll probably be able to get some "completed" pics there.

The track nuts are supposed to arrive today via USPS. My 'hood has a new Carrier and he's as on-point as the one we had a few years back, so they should be arriving before 1pm. Now, to track Dean Dean down to get it to the pump track...

OH heck yeah, this is a great build. How did I miss this. Will be a lot of fun on pump track.
Dean Dean answered an unrelated text yesterday and when I responded back to see when he'd have some ride time, crickets. He's a riot and a small business owner, so I get it.
I tracked Dean down in-person yesterday.
Yes, business ownership has had him super busy.

I like those frames. They also work well on gravel. I missed out on buying a similar one once.

Starting a bike for William's younger brother so they both get a bike when delivery happens.
I'm not sure if a contract for the RFP on their neighborhood pump track has been awarded yet, but ground has not been broken on it according to Willy.

Dean has been a regular HouDEANi this Summer. I have a visitor coming in who will probably agree to helping with a shake-down ride. Tires were swapped for wire bead 26x1.95 Kenda K-Rad which are a win for this build due to being pure blackwalls and most likely faster for lighter riders.
Super cool 26" BMX. Small frames are fun to ride, easy to throw around. That looks like it will excel at a bike park. Nice job on a great build!
