Pinstriping by Ragged “Ol’ Shaky” Jim
Misc. assorted springs, acorn nuts, bolts, rust, bondo, and penetrating fluid
All work done by me, all mistakes are mine. Since I bought the Tiger for $25 and had most of the parts already, I probably have about $100 total once all the paint and those expensive acorn nuts are all added up. IF I got paid, let’s say $10 dollars an hour, then this would be my most expensive bike… but since I enjoyed every minute of it (well, except the part where I had to re-strip the tanks and frame because I screwed up the clearcoat…) it was worth the time invested.

Good luck to everyone! There’s some awesome bikes that got built this year.

That is one sweet ride!

Thanks! First post and it was on my thread! I'm honored, where are you in KY?

Rg

Leitchfield ky. We travel to LBL for camping which isn't far from where you are. Do you have a bike shop?

Very professional job on restoring and customizing your bike. Great job man.

Thanks, I love the work you did on your bike. I'm afraid this bike may be too understated for the custom items to shine through, or it may be too "cabish" for some...

Anyway, good luck with the voting! Rg

No bike shop, just a bike lover. Take my word, anyone with patience and tenacity could have built this bike.

Thanks Marcus. The chainguard came from a very rusty women's bicycle and I did some mods to it to make it flow better.

You know, this very well may be my favorite bike in the build off. It is certainly a contender for my vote. Love the colors and the design. Just a falt out cool bike.
