Looks like a Sears Spyder/Murray Wildcat. I've got parts if you are looking for anything.

The 68 Sears Screamer chain guard is different then the 24 inch one or even other 20 inch ones. The hole where it bolts to the frame is in a different place. One is near the bottom and the Screamer is up a little higher.

and a mock up, will have to fab. triple tree plates and a cross over for the brake
so tomorrow I should end up with the better part of the day in the shop!!

Looks like you found its lineage, If I recall the seat tube bracket was for the reflector for 69 or 70 I believe . Green to Lime Gold still my favorite fade !
was kinda thinken of leaving the signature the way it is
