A friend of mine gave me a SCHWINN OCC STINGRAY a couple years back, to build my first gas bike from. My bike, had a few things that no other motorized OCC STINGRAY, that I've ever seen had. First I built a custom tailerd long pipe complete with chrome heat sheilds. Next I ran all the wiring from the kill switch, headlight, taillight and coil inside the frame and handlebars. And lastly, the really trick item is the front suspention I designed. I took the fork tubes and turned them 180 degrees and bolted a set rockers that I made in the place where the front axle used to bolt through, then I put a spring loaded plug up inside each fork tube. Long story short, it gave me a 2 inch longer wheel base and 3 inches of travel.

Now here's where 'Me and the Three's' story begins.I was building a motorized/pedal trike for a friend of mine out of a Jessie James chopper bike, a Schwinn trike axle and a 6.5 hp clone engine. The first time that I took it out for a test ride a guy stopped me and wanted to buy it. Well, seeing as how the friend that I was building it for had'nt given me dime one in over four months, I sold it for $600 and two Cycle Chair's.

Cycle Chair was a all aluminum electric mobilety wheelchair from the early 80's. One of the chairs was junk the other was so-so. I took the junk one and chopped, bent and drilled it up into a pusher trailer with a HARBER FREIGHT 212cc engine. The other chair I turned into a pretty cool chopper chair. After many e-mails and phone calls with DOT and MVD, I found out that I could'nt ride it on the street or bike lanes legally, so it got turned back into boxes of parts from which it was built from.

I started this trike build with a SCHWINN OCC STINGRAY frame and SCHWINN TOWN & COUNTRY axle also a JESSIE JAMES chopper bicycle front end, some OCC STINGRAY rear wheels and tires and a HARBER FREIGHT 212cc engine with a modified COMET torq-a-verter bolted to it and a bunch of other nuts bolts ect. I went a little differant route on this trike from my first one. My first trike was a rear engine/pedel model, and this one was going to be a mid engine no pedal model . What I ended up with was a steampunk OCC STINGRAY rat trike.

Well a year and a half later my rat trike turned into a tagged, titled, street legal show trike. I ride this baby everyday and I love the looks and questions I get from people everytime I take it out..Rather than telling the story of what I did to get it where it's at today, Im just going to list most of the things that I added or changed.
55 watt haligen WAVE headlight
chrome 12v horn
ajustable steering dampner
faux chopper bicycle gas tank that I made into a real gas tank
PRO ONE oil cooler
tempature activated oil pump
control boxm which houses the ign switch, headlight hi/low and the kill switch
parking brake made to look like a Harley shifter
196cc gokart racing engine
20x12x8 aluminum cargo box
12v led tail/brake light
35 amp rechargable 12v battery
20 inch front wheel with a OCC STINGRAY rear tire on it
duel rear disc brakes with 8 inch dia. rotors
bar end mirrors
stainless steel brake/throttel control rods with red anodized ball clevas ends
chrome acorn nuts of all sizes
custom made rear axle nut hub caps
and butt loads of little this's and that's that I know I'm forgetting about.
