I have a pretty good idea that these are the same two bikes that I posted about 15-months ago. Seller hasn't posted photos, but the description definitely fits. They were listed for $200 then, so it sounds like he might be taking a loss.

Check the entry I made in Apr 2021--that has some photos and I swear they sound like the same bikes. Both bikes were complete at that time--the men's was rusty & the ladies was slathered in blue house paint.
