Micargi Seattle - read discbrake does not fit!

I am seeking help with my project of building fatbike cruiser based on the Micargi Seattle frame.
I am stuck with the problem of rear discbrake not fitting the frame (see pictures - it touches the frame). I am using Sturmey Archer SX-RK3 hub.

What confuses me is that I can find multitude build on this frame using read disc brake:
