You can always count on every year for the past 17 that THE main Build Off will happen in the Summer. Join the fun next year for BO18

Well, I composed text for an email that I believe was sent out to members last April, right around the 15th- 25th time frame. And the build off has been happening on this site since May 1, so I can't imagine that you could have missed it any time you might have logged in.
