My 41 Ready to ride... on to the next bike

I have built a bike or two here, all of them have gone to a family member or friend, when I found this bike fell in love with it... so its mine, i'll be passing the Elgin on to Scotty.

Here she is before...


and after removing 20 layers of paint, sand blasting and primer...


this awesome tank!


and I may steal these fenders from my my Monark project cause they are really kick-...


I'll be taking the fork from Full View that I put on my Elgin... the Elgin will than pass over to my friend Scotty.

Dialing her in... Hard to believe that this bike is almost 75 years old, than I look at the tank again and then I get it. Trying to get a perfect surface finish.

Finally back into the swing of things, still more body work. The deep fender that I am using from an old Monark was really dinged up, its taking FOREVER to get this straight again... about to throw in the towel on this and go with another fender I have...
