This neglected pile came up on CL for 2 Jacksons, so I decided I need yet another obscure project taking up space in the garage. 
The manufacturer is named "Top End". The neck is broken so will require a welding project.
These special need trikes are incredibly expensive new (the 2020 version of this handcycle is $3000 MSRP!). I will try to fix it up to usable status, then rehome it to a deserving person. Maybe replace all the shifting stuff with a coaster brake. Does anyone have any reference material for these old Top End handcycles?
