fixed the issue. I tried 8 diff 1" bearing cups and 3 1 1/8 cups. no dice. 1 1/8 way to wide. none of the 1" were close way to lose.

so got out a Diet Coke can. cut it to size. held in place by electrical tape. then press fit in. by my home made bearing press tool.

now it do's not move at all
