Which way would you keep this bike?

I'd keep the brown seat and 26" wheels, but add the fender and apes.

2 26 tires, black guard, fender, brown saddle, and whichever bars you are most comfortable with. Apes are cool but always seem like a bit of a reach for casual cruising on a big bike. Worth noting that I have a bad shoulder, so high hand positions are difficult for me.

I prefer equal sized wheels, the brown saddle and traditional bars.

Ok, went kinda halfway.....Replaced seat, replaced fender with one that fits better
and repainted chain guard. Like the small wheel for a while......

You can get a little more laid back feel by rotating the bracket on the seat forward, putting the seat back a couple inches.

With the small front wheel, find or make a wooden box to mount on the front and you'll have a faux cycle-truck!
