Serial code on the bottom bracket is Y92069. I appreciate any help!

Pretty certain that is a Schwinn.
My guess is that it is pre-1948 since it doesn't match the serial numbers for 48-52. Also, the fact that it is a skiptooth indicates it would be pre-48 .
 
The rear facing dropouts signify pre 1946. Of the info I have collected about the earlier Schwinn, in 1938, the numbers went from O0200 to Z 99899. Up through 1942 was A through I numbers with wartime years not having any info. So my best guess is 1938.

Pull the crank and look in the center for AS and two numbers. If the crank is original, it is a pretty accurate way of getting the year correct. The photo below from one of mine shows AS 37 which is 1937.
