saw this for sale. what is it?

20" frame with 24" wheels. I saw this heading to my son's soccer game. Any thoughts on year, make, model?

Columbia frame with a Huffy chainwheel. Handlebars and stem from an English bike.
I think that's a 24" frame. The Columbia's have a serial number on the dropout that can ID the year.

The dropouts and frame style have me thinking 50's. I didn't get a look at the serial number. Any ballpark estimates on the year?

With a Columbia it's hard to nail down the year, they had the same style frames and dropouts well into the 70's. The white paint graphics looks 50's though.
Are they asking much for it?

He had it marked $100 but immediately came down to 70.

A 24" bike usually is tough to find a buyer for, most folks want a 26" bike to work with. He's probably had it for sale for awhile.
