Way overpriced, in my opinion, but it is what it is. 26" probably means it's a ISO597...and it needs tires.

There's a nice dark blue one semi-locally on CL, also for $250. But, I've never paid more than $60 for a camelback. At my current rate of finishing bikes...I probably have enough camelbacks to last a couple decades .

Wierd-oh color. Is that factory paint?

It looks like the wheels were swapped out for a standard size. The tires don't fill the fenders and the brake pads are adjusted all the way down for the smaller diameter rims.
Even completely original usually only brings a hundred bucks at best.
