I was gifted this 2 year left over repair bike from our shop manager this past August. It had the perfect frame dimensions for what I had been wanting to do for a while now; convert a mild child 26"er into a wild child 27.5" knobby trail eater!

Had a few parts already on hand, and it's a work in progress. The basis is a 35 mm wide, disc ready, 27.5 wheelset with Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.35 wide tires. The rear triangle was nice and open on this frame, and the tires slid right in. It started out as a 7 spd, I converted to 8 spd Rapid Fire. Old school KORE mtb threadless style stem on a 1" quill converter. 1x1 Torsion bars. Oury grips. Knock off Bear Trap pedals.

Here are a few photos of the build, where it's at right now.

I have been tempted to do a klunker or custom based on a modern Schwinn Jaguar. Yours looks great.
