So cool owning a vintage bike!

I want one but when i see a listing it's never within my trikes distance.

What i think is funny is while riding my '47 dayton it the varying statments ya hear

-Little kid: Wow! dad look at that! i want one!
-Normal Teenagers*: Look at that guy on an old person bike haha
-elderly people: Now thats a real bike like they made when i had one. What is it?
-middle aged adults:I wish i could do that when i was a kid(then they talk about their stingray and i say i have 2 of them lol)
-Road bikers when i pass them to show off: What the.....?!?
-Mountain bikers when i pass them on trails just cause: Thers no ^^^^^^^ way! its a single speed!

*I say normal because im a teenager haha, but not normal :mrgreen:

I love bikes, but hate when people refer to my bike as being "vintage" or better yet, being a "Vintage Schwinn" All bikes are schwinns appearantly

Just look at it as an opportunity to educate people. At least they're trying.
